Every second Thursday of the month at 5:30 p.m., the University of Nevada Reno’s Core Humanities Program collaborates with Laughing Planet Reno and the College of  Liberal Arts to co-host a public engagement series designed to showcase research by UNR faculty and graduate students, while having important conversations with our local communities.

The first Thought on Tap event of the fall 2019 semester will take place on Thursday, October 10th at our Reno University location on the corner of 10th and Virginia St. The evening’s topic: Confronting Racism.

As always, the event is free to the general public.

For more information, visit the Thought on Tap website, which offers access archived podcast discussions on topics such as “Shaping Immigration and Refugee Initiatives.”
